ZBrush Sculpt
I fully sculpted the Model in ZBrush and the concept was made by Ognjen Sporin. You can find this work under:

First Steps
Firstly I took a closer look at the concept in photoshop to udnerstand what shapes are gonna have to be sculpted and created a "shopping list". Then using Zspheres I created the base and seperated his legs, torso, arms, hands, head and feet from each other
Details
Using Zremesher and subdividing the geometry I started adding more details to the scuplt.
Created some basic shapes for the armor and adjusted them like in the concept.
Continued to adjust the armor like in the concept using ZModeler and extracting masked parts.
Added more teeth and detail to helmet
In the following sessions I focused on the ropes, chains and rings as well as placing the subtools like in the concept.
Renamed all the subtools and sorted them properly.
Added more details to face and hands
Final
Here is the final look. With final touches like the cloth texture or head and feet.
